Join this exclusive CHIEFs only weekend at the Carillon Hotel & Spa on beautiful Miami Beach. 4 days and 3 nights in a luxury ocean view apartment, with a private beach and adult-only rooftop pool, and many meals and activities together so we can enjoy ourselves and get to know each other. Start your day waking up oceanside in your own private luxury apartment. All rooms include your own kitchen facilities and come with high end amenities such as private beach lounge chairs and umbrellas, beach bicycles, and access to the adults only rooftop saltwater pool.

During this exclusive VIP event all CHIEFs will gain access to special networking events, speaking engagements, healthy fabulous meals, and an evening sunset cruise around Miami.
Get to know your fellow CHIEFs during get-to-know sessions at breakfast, while taking a yoga or spin class together, relaxing at the beach, or while enjoying the Thermo Hydrotherapy circuit at the spa.

Morning: Breakfast + Networking
Late Morning: Private group fitness class
Afternoon: Wellness lunch followed by your choice of beach time, bike ride, spa time or enjoy your complimentary Touchless Wellness Experience* at the Spa!
Evening: Evening sunset cruise with champagne toast
